Can't enter bios

Can't enter my bios. I've tried holding, pressing and repeatedly pressing F2. Can't get in. I just got this Asus X55C notebook in Febuary. The bios ROM Type: MXIC 25L Series, Model: X55CR, Version: BIOS Revision 407. Please help!

ASUS says "start up the computer and hold F2 to enter BIOS."
