Can't get rid of adware

Hi, I have a huge adware problem, it's these ads for something called deal2deal on both Chrome and Firefox and absolutely NOTHING seems to remove them. Here's what I've tried:

- Uninstalling suspicious programs
- Removing suspicious extensions
- Deleting suspicious programs on Program Files and appdata
- AdwCleaner
- Bitdefender Adware Removal Tool
- Junk Removal Tool
- HitmanPro
- Rkill
- MalwareBytes Anti-Malware
- Microsoft Security Essentials
- Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool
- McAffee Rootkit Remover

Nothing does a single thing. What could be the issue?

Adblocker plus for firefox and no-pop-ups(forgot name).try those and see if it does it.

reinstall your os.

If you're gonna reset it, do it properly. First back all ya data up. Secondly make a bootable usb with DOS in it and SDelete. Completely re-format the drive and use "sdelete.exe -z c:". Thirdly install windows 7 again and be aware of what you install to it!
