I cant getting any wifi setting

In windows 8.1 dell i5 7th gen

Yes but in windows 10

But when i install win 8.1 my all wifi settings and wifi disapper

You need to install the proper drivers for the wifi device, which you may be able to get from Dell.

also need to install the mb chipset driver first before a lot of other devices will work.
