Can't hear any sounds from my Audiotechnica ath m30x headphones

Hi!
I have this problem where i plug in my headphones (3.5mm jack) and they don't work on my pc, but work on my phone. I have logitech speakers and a razer kraken headset connected to my pc with a splitter on the back of my pc, and i plug in my m30xes in front. I have the razer surround which i use because i prefer it over the speakers/headphones in playback devices (Nothing pops up in playback devices when i connect my m30xes). Btw this is my first post in here. Sorry if my english is bad.

If your headset isn't even recognized then there's two things that could be happening. You either need to update your drivers or you have a dead audio port.

Now i tried my m30xes with the port on behind of my pc and it worked. Looks like a dead port, i didn't even think about it. Thanks for the quick answer.
