Can't load Google+

I can't load Google+ on my phone unless I'm connected to WiFi. Nothing loads up. I, for the most part, only use it to stay up-to-date on my YouTube comments. Any suggestions?

Are you using the Google+ App? If so, you can change the data settings on the app.

Yes I'm using the app. I tried pulling it up through Google Chrome and that worked but it is an annoying layout.

Also, what data settings would you recommend me changing? The only two I can think of are "limit data usage" and "restrict background data". But both of those are off.


I can't uninstall the app since my phone isn't rooted, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled the updates, to no avail.

Try turning them both on and turning off your Wifi. Data is to do with the 3G internet on your phone.
