can't lower brightness on my Acer Aspire 5532

I have acer aspire 5532 laptop with amd Athlon CPU and ATI radeon 3200 HD graphics. I can't lower brightness using 'Fn'+ right arrow..i also tried to lower brightness from inside but can't..I hope to get help..

Pressing "Windows Key"+ "X" only opens window mobility center.. 'Fn' + '<' works and also displays that brightness is lowering but actually it doesn't lower brightness.. still having problem..

Click the plug/battery symbol on the bottom left on your "start bar". It will come up with power plans, etc. You want to click on "Adjust screen brightness". That should solve it. Also, many apps now have a "lower lights" feature.
