Cant open camera app??

Hi I have a venue 11 pro and its a refurb but its like new. The camera app will not open up i downloaded a new camera app and its like it wont come up the light turns on but the camera doesnt come up. I turned it off and back on, everything. I have never had an issue with the computer before this and I had used the camera before and it worked fine. Please help

Fixed it with an update lol...
