So I got this Lenovo Thinkpad, I'm quite happy doing my work on it, but when I'm playing games like "Planetside 2," the computer gets low frame rates, even on lowest settings. I installed drivers but it didn't affect much.

PC Specs:
Model-Lenovo Thinkpad E575 20H8000GUS
CPU-AMD A10-9600P 2.4 GHz
Video card-AMD R6 M435DX
RAM-DDR4 8GB
SSD Drive

So what do you think is bottlenecking this? Is it some system setting slowing it down or is it my GPU or CPU? Will over clocking help?

Solution
Use riva tuner to lock fps and use the lowest settings as i can see your system is not powerful enough...but after using riva tuner u will get playable experience and do not overclock your cpu because after OC it will requires more energy to work properly and it will screw your battery and heat alot...
Hope this will help you
