Cant turn on

I shut down the PC but the blue light doesn't disappear. When I turn it on again the PC doesn't turn on. When I charge, the yellow light turn and it later become blue, means battery full.P.S Aspire E5-475 ,mode no N16Q1

Usually that's a hardware failure. Unless you do repairs, I'd recommend taking it to a professional. Hardware is a bit much to walk someome through online.

Did you try doing a battery reset?
