Cant upload to youtube

I record 18 mins of gameplay in FRAPS. I look and its 95 gb!!!! I try to upload to youtube and it says the server has ejected the movie file! Its a .avi! It worked just fine yesterday! PLEASE HELP!

What file format did you use yesterday? Was it an .avi file? If yes, what was the file size? Have you tried converting the file to an .mp4 using something like Handbrake or MPEG Streamclip?
