ccleaner vs atomiccleaner3

So what is better I know ccleaner has been around for ages but atomiccleaner3 seems to be offering better features.

CCleaner is a well-established product, as is ATF Cleaner, but I can't even find out enough about the developers of AtomicCleaner to see where they come from. I'm wary of companies which don't publish even which country they're in.
