cd/dvd rom not showing acer aspire 5920g

I format my Acer Apsire 5920g laptop and i use windows 10 32 bit.

I have 1 problem only with the cd/dvd not showing up.

I found 1 solution but when i restart the pc the cd/dvd rom wont show up again and i have to do the solution i mention down again in order to make my cd/dvd rom appear again.

Solution is:
Going to device manager , enable the hidden devices.
1.Unistall the cd/dvd rom
2.Unistall the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
3.Scan for hardware changes
4.The cd/dvd rom appears.

what i aslo did:
I went to the registry first i search if i had the upper and lower filters dont have them.
I aslo create a new key under the foldxer atapi if i remember correct named it Controller0 and then create dword and i set the value to 1(i used dword 32 bit because my computer is 32bit

they have support up to win 7 on acer so check with the cd/dvd maker if he have driver for it on win 10 .

it doesnt have drivers for windows 10 i know it , but if i do the solution

do you have the cd/dvd reader name and model .
