Nneed to llocate the adreswhere my phone is via cell number its lost please help. The newe number that's in my phone is <removed>that's the number of the guy who has my phone need his adres or location. Please

Talk to your cellphone company, the police, and/or your insurance.

If you've got his phone number and the IMEI number of the phone, it should be pretty easy for the police to get hold of it. I would not suggest doing anything vigilante; that tends to end badly.

you cant get that info, if your phone is stolen report it to the police and they can trace it, these are things that need to be done before losing your device like installing a remote location app incase it gets lost. you need the police to trace the sim and if he removes it then they cant do it that way, if he is using your accounts on the device the police could find them through things like social media, good luck
