Can I change my cpu on Dell Inspiron Intel Pentium n3700 1,60Ghz to a I 3 or I 5 processor?

if your PC does have a N3700 1.6GHZ cpu. it uses the FCBGA1170 socket, and that my friend is bad news as it is welded on the board
that you are using the Dell Inspiron 3252 desktop or the laptop model. the answer is unfortunately no it cannot
