Hi, I'm learning Korean, and one of the best ways I learned Russian was when I was in Russia and literally just clicking ads that weren't malware or scams and just reading the text or shopping from said ad. I would like to do the same with Korean, but right now I'm not in Korea and won't be for another four months and would like to change the country my ads come from.
Also if at all possible, I would like to get a VPN/VPNish thing that would spoof my location but without all the lag, hopefully free. It's not worth paying for a VPN ._.
Have you tried setting your PC' location as (South) Korea? While this won't help with location-based ads, you could trick some web sites to display in Korean.
Yes, I know it is an alternative. If I knew free-for-all Korean VPN server, I would say it, but I suppose you can use search engines, and couple of dollars per month won't break your bank account. And yes, it is worth paying for VPN.
