changing graphic card

can i change my intel graphic card into nevida. my laptop is inspiron 15 3000 series .

From what I can gather, that's an integrated graphics, so no you won't be able to change it to something else. Many laptops have integrated graphics, especially on the basic consumer level. Something with a standalone GPU is usually a gaming laptop built specifically to game (or video rendering etc as a workhorse).
