Yeah 460 doesn't require much power so 350W PSU is enough for it. There are some manufacturers that attach a 6 pin power connector to power up this card(most dont do this but I saw one) but the truth is that power from your motherboard will be enough to get this card running. So just get one that doesnt require a power connector from PSU and it'll be a good plug and play GPU.
