Cheap Cellphone Provider

I'm inquiring about cell phone providers on my friends behalf. Currently he just graduated from college and has many job leads in Dallas, but for now he is without money. He was previously using Net10, with a plan of 500 minutes a month at 30$. He is going to want to look for something similar so he's researched MetroPCS, plan of 40/month for unlimited data, text, and talk, or T-Mobile, plan of 50/month for unlimited talk/text and 500mb of data. I was wondering if any of you knew of any other deals that he can research into. Any help would be great. Thank you.
