Cheapest laptop fitting these conditions?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for the cheapest laptop with the following conditions:

• 
  GTX 1060
  i7 8750H
  16GB DDR4
  SSD + HDD expandability
  High refresh rate display
  Not ridiculously heavy
  Decent battery life

Does it exist? The only option I found that was available in my country satisfying these conditions was a Gigabyte Sabre 15 but I'm wondering if there's better out there.

You've missed an important parameter, screen size. But looking at your "SSD + HDD expandability", you're looking at 17" monster. "Decent battery life" is incompatible with high-performance requirements you have.
