Cheapest laptop for Sims 4

Solution
Here's a video of the Sims 4 being played on a 2014 Asus Transformer T100 with a Pentium N3510 (Atom CPU series) and the integrated Intel HD Bay Trail generation graphics core. It can still be purchased for around $280. Not great, but playable on the lowest settings.

However, I recommend you buy the following Acer laptop with a Core i3-7100u CPU and Intel HD 620 graphics core which is far more powerful than what the Asus Transformer T100 has for $350. It should not have a problem playing the Sims 4 at 1080p resolution, but you can always lower the resolution for better performance...

Here's the Sims 4 running on a laptop with the Intel HD 620, however, only at 1366x768 resolution since that is the max resolution of the laptop's screen.
