Obviously MacBook with 10GB RAM and i5 processor will be best for works which you stated but late 2011 MacBook has older i5 processor. If you want something future proof then I think you should increase your budget a bit and get MacBook Air. This should suit your needs: http://www.amazon.com/F556UA-AS54-15-6-inch-Full-HD-Laptop-Windows/dp/B01CGGOUJM/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1462111845&sr=1-1&keywords=laptops+with+ssd

It has a decent i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, 15.6 inch screen (Full HD) & 250GB SSD, which mean it should give you good speed and ability to switch between applications quickly. The only thing I can add is that I could not find the exact details of the SSD, so don't know how good/bad it is but not a major issue as you can swap it for a better one later if you have to. You could take a look at some other suppliers in your region to see if you could get a better price.

If you have your heart set on a Macbook then I'm afraid someone else would have to advise you as I have very little knowledge of macs. Personally I don't like Apple as a company and don't believe in paying the apple tax.
