Choosing between two laptops.

Which of the two laptops should I choose for Adobe Suite, light gaming, and web surfing?

Those are both completely viable options for what you want to do. The real question is do you want intel or amd. Personally I would go with the 3rd gen Ivy Bridge build for $50 less just because it seems to perform a little better in the benchmarks that I have read. And that on top of a lower sale price is always a plus in my book.

I agree on the CPU, however, the AMD one does have a 1920 x 1080 screen, which is big for me.

I'm more focused on how the GPUs perform.
I cannot seem to find any clear benchmarks on how a crossfire between 7660G and 7670m might be compared to a 630m.

Also, is there really a big difference between the CPUs? If it is minimal, I'd still lean to AMD.

The i7 processor will run circles around the AMD A10, and the GT630m will provide enough graphics for light gaming.

The 7660G and 7670m are not utilizing crossfire like two dedicated video cards in a desktop do, the 7660G is on chip graphics on the APU exactly like the intel HD 3000 and HD 4000 are part of the "I" series processors. The 7670m is the discrete graphics that will be utilized when the on chip don't hack it for what you are trying to do. So if that was the only thing holding you back from the intel build, there you go.

The thing holding me back in the resolution/screen.
Is 1366x768 enough? Especially for photoshop/image editing.

It really just depends on what you are editing. Don't forget that you can always attach an external monitor to this laptop or even drop a little money on a wireless keyboard and mouse and attach a TV to the laptop. But in all honesty yes the resolution will be enough for image editing, especially entry level editing. After all, it may not be FHD 1080p, but it is 720p.
