Chosing my gaming notebook

Hi, I'm having trouble chosing my next gaming notebook, where I intend to play battlefront 3 and gta V
All of them have 16gb ram, ssd 512gb and nvidia 960M:

A) 4gb Vram, i5 for 5056 moneys
B)2gb Vram, i7, for 5500 moneys
C)4gb Vram, i7 for 5800 moneys

I said moneys becaise I'm not American and its not dollars.
Option B is the most beautiful and has more entries (usb3.0,DVD,etc.) so I'm tending to it.
Should I get A or C instead?

what is the exact model of the i5 and i7? they could be dual or quad core.

The i7 are Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ Skylake (6Mb cache up to 3.5 GHZ)
The i5 is Intel® Core™ i5-6300HQ (6Mb cache up to 3.2 GHZ)
