On my HP Notebook I updated it just a couple days ago, because it recommended the update. And now my internet doesn't load at all. The apps will open but they just load for hours. I called HP tech support and they wanted me to pay $60 just for them to talk on the phone with me and help me! I could understand paying for support, if it was something I did...but I just updated my laptop. Can anyone help? I've tried going to the control center to trouble shoot anything and everything and it just says "detecting problems" and loads and loads and loads. I need help. I got this laptop just a little over 6 months ago!
