Chrome book or kindle fire

first of all what processor is more powerful Dual-core OMAP4460 1.2GHz vs Intel Celeron 847 1.10GHz. can they both play you tube at 1080p. can they both handle hulu. can they both handle playing video with a HDMI cable to the 40 inch tcl in my room. what are some pros and cons for both devises dose any one have first hand knowledge of chrome books or kindle fire hd. this is basically going to be my laying in bed web devise and watching movies on my TV when the other computer and main TV are occupied.

the kindle fire is more of a content delivery device for Amazon media. it does basic tablet functions but it is not top of the line (as far as hardware is concerened) and the best resolution you can expect from it is 720p.
