I think in order to make any modern communication program viable there should be the opportunity for screen and file sharing. Even more robust remote desktop would be nice but not including that option keeps people that are ignorant of computers from being duped.

I really wish they would update the Google Talk CLIENT! I use it for email notifications and chat. Unfortunately, it's been passed up on quite a few updates that gmail and even the practically useless iGoogle app.

What happened to video in the GT Client!?
