Chromebook battery pack is dead

Rechargeable lithium ion battery pack, specifically AC15AJ3 is not charging. When I plug the charger into my cb3-131 chromebook , the charging led does not turn on. If there's any way for me to revive this battery please tell me. The thing is I don't have a multimeter so Idk what the voltage is and I wouldn't know how to check the voltage since there's many wires but the battery still shows the + and - symbol. Last resort is purchasing a new one, but if there is a way to revive such battery please help.

you can't "revive" a dead battery, you can only replace it.
