Call me crazy, but I have an idea... Could you take the AV Out connector, use an RCA cable, and connect that to an RCA to HDMI cable, plug a Chromecast in, and stream your phone screen onto a portable DVD player? The reason why I cannot connect it straight to the player is because I'm working off a part time job, and can't buy a new portable DVD player with an HDMI port. Any help or criticism is appreciated.
Thanks,
MageGuy

You can't use a cable to convert HDMI (digital av) to composite video (analog av).
You would need an active HDMI to AV converter. That might not provide power to the Chromestick. So an external ps for it might be needed too.

And why do you need all this?) Although I like your enthusiasm and in fact all the discoveries of mankind were made with the help of such experiments, but first of all you need to answer yourself why do you need it?)
