Cinema Plus 2.4 removal

Greetings,I have Cinema Plus adware on my PC.Problem is that I cannot remove it.I removed it from registry and google chrome,but I can't remove it's folder.If I try to uninstall it,uninstaller will crash,and if I try to delete it's folder,it will say it is in use.I killed it's process in task manager,but still it says it is in use.There is nothing usefull on google,just more ads for antivirus programs that do nothing.

adwcleaner, spybot s&d - install - scan - clean, rinse and repeat.. with both programs until there is nothing left...
It will take a few hours..

Deleted it in safe mode
