Cloud/photo recovery

Had a hp laptop n have a Pentax X 5. Downloaded app called media impressions and after a couple of years (and approx 8000 photo's) the laptop gave up and I lost all the hardware but I then went to download the same app to access my photograph's and I can't. It's been pulled. I've tried so hard to find them. No luck. Could you pls help me find my photo's

Nothing much can be done here without going through support for this cloud service you were using. If the programs were stored on some cloud storage from that Media Impressions program you would need to go through their support to get access to your files. So your hard drive was bad along with the system? Did you try copying the files from the drive?
