CoD4 Pc Multiplayer Wont Work

Basically, I got Call of Duty 4 today. And it was all going fine , i kicked off my experience by playing the Single player, because I've just stopped playing Xbox gaming and now gone over to pc gaming.

So about an hour of playing Singleplayer , i had gotten used to all the controlls ect and decided to go into Multiplayer, I went to "join game" and there are no james listed , what do i do do actually get into a public match?

But it just shows go games. there is no games to join.

change the "source"?
