You may have gotten bad drivers. It happens. If you can see at all, I would look to uninstall the updated drivers.

If you can't just uninstall them, try using the "System Restore" to go to a point prior to the update of the drivers.

Now if you can't actually see on the screen do to that, you should shut down the computer, connect an external laptop, turn on the external laptop and then turn on the computer. Once you can see (if you can) on the external monitor, then follow the instructions above to remove the offending driver.
