Solved! ,com not .com

So my father in-laws computer will only load facebook with ,com. I tried 3 other browsers with .com and it won't load. Does anyone know why that ?

Likely has the keyboard language setting set to french, sometimes this can happen easily by mistake.
In french the . usually becomes a , which was the first giveaway.

If you're on windows 10 search "region and language" in your search bar, there you can set your language options and 'prefered' languages. Your keyboard in windows 10 defaults to whatever language is chosen there.
