Combine output signals.

I want to combine the audio output of my laptop and my piano (both mini plug) to my headphones so I can play along with the real track I have in Itunes. how do I do this? Thansk.

Thanks, I need one of those plus say a foot long m-m extension if I sit my laptop on the piano keys. I'll have to get my iPad setup on a bracket so I can quickly touch the screen to get the music playing and get my fingers quickly back on the keyboard.
