I accidentally changed the channel on my tv. I did not know what channel it was originally on so I decided to auto program. It lead me to channel three and I could watch tv again. But then I found out that some channels are skipped, like 43 and 47. I had them before the channel change and now I'm clueless on what to do

It is odd that your auto-program doesn't use all available channels. Usually you have an option when programming, to add/delete channels manually. You'll have to find the remote manual, or figure out how to add them, as far as I can tell.

If you are using Comcast for cable TV you likely have a cable box that requires your TV be set to a specific channel -- usually 3 or 4 -- to use the box. But for non-digital plans, you can also usually just use the TV tuner to select from channels.

So set your TV on 3 and then use the remote to change the cable box to the channels you want.
