No, they aren't. They have had some issues with their headends sending
out the "no special play ops" flag in the guide data for AI, and this
causes the recorder to not be able to FF, REW, or skip *anything* in
the recording (show *or* commercials).
They are not supposed to be doing this, but it has something to do with
the guide data they are getting.
However, the fact that this flag exists is troubling, although silly.
I could understand a "no FF through commercials" request from a station,
but not being able to *rewind* to see things again...that's just silly.

I think even he will admit it's a bug. It's not a bug in the DVR, though,
which is doing exactly what it is being told to do. Luckily, TiVo doesn't
have this capability.
