Solved! Compaq Armada 110

I have this Compaq armada 110 it is stuck on saing no boot filename received . It was stuck on the compaq screen I have managed to get this far, but I am stuck Can anyone help?

Try hitting f2 to enter the boot menu and select the correct OS/hard drive and see if that works. If not, report back.
