your statement is vague...

did you want to rate (review) the television yourself and post what you feel?
-if so give the model details and feel free to post. although posting reviews at places you buy the product (newegg, etc) are typically more helpful to users

did you want us to rate the television versus other similar televisions?
-if so, we need a model number! that said, why plasma? they have a longstanding history of burning out in a few years and are notoriously expensive to repair.

did you mean LCD instead of PLASMA?
-if so, please do at least a little bit of research so that you know the basics of what you are talking about. not having to explain every single term will make your life (and ours) much easier.
