Compatible Ram???

Hello,
I have a Lenovo Ideapad Y550P(i7 1.6GHz) machine running Windows 8(64bit).

I have 4GB DDR3 (533MHz) Installed i want to upgrade my memory.

The question is will a module of 4GB DDR3 1066MHz OR 1600MHz work with my system?

1066 ram is 533 ram. 533@2 is 1066.
with lappy and desktop i tell people use crucial memory advisior. it show how many ram slots your lappy has and how many are open. and the part# and speed for replacment ram that will work.
