Complex setup for newbie

Hello so i want to set up a pretty weird thing so i have a ps3, ps4, and pc.

My pc has two monitors one with dvi to vga and one using hdmi.

i just bought a tv and i want to set it up as follows one switcher that has the ps3,ps4 and pc plugged into it and then a splitter for the switcher so that way i can just change the switcher and it will change both the tv and the monitors output

if i do it this way will i loose quality and or input lag? or is there an easier way.

I would use a matrix HDMI switcher like this one:

and an HDMI to VGA adapter for the VGA monitor

This gives you more control and fewer connectors and cables.
