My computer freezes after my desktop is loaded. I can not click or hover over anything. I am to see and move my mouse. So far i have tried:

1.Download and use registry cleaners
2.Disable all services in msconfig
3.Remove all useless services in msconfig

Also, my computer works fine in all the versions of safe mode i can access when i press f8 when booting. The only time my computer has this problem is when i start my computer normally. This computer runs of windows 7 ultimate.

I hope you meant to say you "disabled all non-Microsoft Services in msconfig".

Can you catch the system before it freezes just long enough to hit Control/Shift and Escape to bring up the Task Manager?

If you can, double click the heading of the CPU column to bring the high resource users to the top of the list. That would enable you to see which programme is using the resources.
