Computer slow after cleaning fan

My laptop was having some heat and noise problens so i decided to open it up and clean the the dust inside it. I think everything went well, I could easly put everything together again. Since then it became slow, really slow. Games don't load, my browser is slow...
I've googled it and couldn't find any solution or what could be making this happen. If someone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Nvidia Geforce 710m
6gb Ram
500gb memory

When you cleaned the fan did you remove the heatsink assembly - if so was old thermal compound cleaned off and fresh compound applied?
