When my computer volume is high the speaker makes very loud buzzing noise, it is the same even if i connect earphones. If i lower the computer volume below 10% and max the speaker vloume there is no buzzing sound. As I decrease the computer volume buzzing noise reduces. But the speaker works perfectly if i plug in another device at the same location.

OK something is interfeering with your speaker output inside your computer. Have you tried using another (front for example) output? You are using your motherboard aren't you, or you got a seperate audio card?

Buzzes usually get better when you:
- have better motherboards
- have a better PSU (less electrical "noise")
- have a less powerfull graphics card (they also make electrical noise) Maybe you have more noise while gaming?

Do your speakers feature a power cord? I that cord earthed or not?
