Confused about which laptop to buy

Hi,

Looking to buy a new laptop. Narrowed down my choices to these 2.
1. Lenovo thinkpad E 420
2. Acer Travelmate 4750 G

Specs- Lenovo
i5 3rd Gen / 4 Gb / 500 Gb / 14 inch / DOS / Graphic Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000

On specs Acer is a clear winner, but the pricing is insane. Just want to be sure I am not being given a raw deal.
My problems are compounded by the fact that I am unable to find reviews for Acer Travelmate 4750g.

Budget is ~ 45k INR. Thanks for suggesting Samsung, but I am not very keen on that brand
