Confused for a gaming laptop

I have a budget of Rs 50000 or 50000inr(Indian rupees) and I want to buy a laptop which can play Far Cry 4 on at least 1280-720 res on medium settings..please suggest some laptops which would be great under these

For what you want, in your budget, look for a laptop with a 950m video card. 940m would be too slow, 960m may be out of your price range. If you can go up a bit to a 960m card you can ensure better game play.

50,000 INR is about $745. While you may be able to buy a laptop with a GTX 950m in the US, that does not mean you will find a similarly price laptop in India because import taxes will increase the price of the laptop.

You may have to settle for a laptop with a nVidia 940m. See link below for game benchmarks.

But i m not looking for a great play for far cry but I should run it on atleasr 1368 760 on medium settings and also want to tell that I have a question ..my sister bought a laptop a time back and then it was of 52000 but they said that we need 4000 more for something like a Microsoft CD or something ...I've not heared like something before.the laptop was of dell ...if it all comes pre installed ..my price goes up to 56000..it was a official buy..((Appreciate you reply..Thanks))

Don't know anything about an extra charge for Windows, but not all laptops come with Windows installed, especially in some areas. You need to look at the laptop that was purchased and see what it came with.

The GTX 460 card they recommend got a 2639 rating in PassMark 3D test, the 940M got a 907, 950M got 1410. If you want to buy a slower laptop for the game, up to you to take the chance of it playing poorly and at low settings. I don't recommend anything under a 960M card for a "gaming" laptop, even for a lower end gaming laptop, which would be about $800-900 in US.

I'll work on the windows thingy...it was a dell inspiron 15 5000 series...I live in India..but my specification is just that I'm not a great fps fan ...I'm generally buying it for games like Fifa 16 , Wwe 2k16 and others mortal kombat ....but I believe to buy a laptop that goes with requirements..if the game requirement for these games go up so I can play them..and if a laptop can run far cry 4 ...it can run games in my need

I also say that reck off the far cry 4 thing ....I say I want a laptop with i5 8gb ram and 2 GB nvidia graphic card....I'll play with that
