confused need help !!1

Hello guys i am making a new room and adding new things i am thinking of connecting my pc with my tv to play games on bigger screen and i have the set up in mind but now i am going to buy a 5.1 speakers my budget is tight i cannot goo for expensive ones soo i am thinking

plz tell me which is better and if u know better speaker in this range tell me also do i need anything else to make use of the 5.1 speaker to my new 32 inches tv {still to decide which one it will be }

No way to say which sounds better but the Philips only has USB hookup and you might want to connect the speakers directly to the TV and use HDMI from the PC to the TV. The Zebronics speakers have an aux input that could be connected to the TV (you might need a DAC to convert the optical out of the TV to analog).
