Connect my bluetooth headphones to pc

Good day,

I got these bluetooth headphones and i was wondering is there any way to connect them to my comptuer?
the computer doesnt have any kind of bluetooth connectivity so maybe there is like an adapter i could get or something?

I am surprised they didn't come with an adapter! Are you sure? It would be very small...

I was looking at something like this and no they did not come with any kind of adapter so im guessing something like this will work just fine.
