Question Connect my combo dvd/vhs to smart tv advice

Hi need help connecting my sharp vcr dvd combo dvnc65 with tv smart Lg 49uh610v 2017 what do i need cables etc enable watching home movies On vhs and possibly recording onto dvd. I have pics off connections back both but cant figure out how to post here so maybe help with that to. Sorry not very techcy

You will need a standard AV cable with three RCA plugs at both ends.
Connect the DVD/VCR output (Yellow (video), White, Red (audio) RCA) to the Yellow/Green (video) White, Red (audio) on the TV. You may have to go into the TV menu and set the input for composite video. If you don't you will get a black and white picture. This takes care of playback.
Recording is a different issue. If the TV doesn't have a AV output or a SCART port that you can use with an adapter you may not be able to record.
