Connect old receiver to philips smart tv

Hi, i'm trying to connect my smart tv to a receiver, there are RCA connectors on the back of the tv but i don't know if it's OUT or IN.

Tv : Philips 32PFH5509/88
Reciver : JVC rx - 5032v

TV has optical audio output and your receiver has optical audio in so you just need a toslink digital audio cable. This will give you superior sound than using a DAC

to convert to analog and is cheaper too. This would be an option if your RCA cables are long and you can't run a new optical cable.
You may have to select the digital input or assign it in the input set up menu.
