connect STB to SONY HT-IV300 home theater and lg 32LS33 tv

I have lg 32ls33 led tv only one HDMI input and penddrive option. I want to buy sony home theater have 2 HDMI inputs and one HDMI(ARC) out put. I want to connect STB HDMI output to home theater HDMI input then connect home theater HDMI(ARC) out to tv HDMI input. is it working?

That will work fine for the STB.
Any other external sources with HDMI should also be connected to the HTS.
You can add an external HDMI input selector if you have more than 2 HDMI sources.
You do have analog stereo audio output on the TV which you can use to get sound from the TV to the HTS. This would be for the built in tuner.
